Salsa jalapeno is Coco's favorite.
Five jalapenos and three plum tomatoes are set over the flame to blacken. Sometimes she uses serrano chiles.
Martha
removes the blacken skins to begin grinding chiles, tomatoes, salt
and two cloves of garlic in a small molcajete. |
