with Two Sauces -- Oriental and Crema con Chipotle

Adriana begins by seasoning the salmon which has been cut into serving size pieces.  She seasons both sides with Tone's seafood seasoning.

The seasoned salmon is covered with foil ready to go into a 350°oven for 10 minutes as soon as the Oriental sauce is prepared.

The Oriental sauce contains:
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup honey
2 t spoons sesame oil

The sauce is simmered for 10 minutes while the salmon is baking.

The chipotle sauce contains:
2 cups cream
1 cup cream cheese
chipotles to taste

This mixture is blended until the chiles are well ground.

Each sauce is poured over  the cooked salmon for serving.

The Oriental serving is sprinkled with chopped scallions.
