Pechugas de Pollo con Queso y Jamón
Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Ham and Cheese

The ingredients are boneless chicken breasts, sliced ham, your choice of sliced cheese, dry bread crumbs, and seasonings.

 

She carefully fillets each breast into a large flat piece. 

She liberally sprinkles each piece with Tone's chicken seasoning.

A slice of cheese is wrapped inside two slices of ham.

Then she folds over the breast fillet.

After coating them in bread crumbs, they are gently fried in olive oil.

A breast is cut in half and served surrounded with salsa chile verde .

The salsa complimented the chicken very well.  It was an excellent dish.
