The ingredients are boneless chicken breasts, sliced ham, your choice of sliced cheese, dry bread crumbs, and seasonings.
She carefully fillets each breast into a large flat piece. |

She liberally sprinkles each piece with Tone's chicken seasoning. |
A slice of cheese is wrapped inside two slices of ham. |
Then she folds over the breast fillet. |

After coating them in bread crumbs, they are gently fried in olive oil. |
A breast is cut in half and served surrounded with salsa chile verde . |

The salsa complimented the chicken very well. It was an excellent dish. | ||
