In addition to her family cooking duties (look here), local political activism, and land development business, Adriana Rosales some how finds time for a highly skilled and productive hobby/business of needlecraft. Here are a few examples of her handiwork. Everything she does is by hand, no sewing machine. |

She made the sequined Santa in the bath tub especially for me because I go around town as Santa near Christmas time. It's 16" x 16" (Too bad the sequins don't show better in this picture. The red background is cloth, everything else is sequins,) She is knitting a scarf for Neddy while waiting for lunch to cook. Below is a small sample of the things she makes to sell in the Plaza for Halloween and Christmas. |
